Ironman Lake Placid
The local area gets very crowded for the Lake Placid Ironman Race. Athletes from around the world come to compete, and many will travel with a large family or group of supporters.
We recognize that this race crosses over our normal Saturday to Saturday rental period, but are more than happy to make special accommodations to add two or three days to either end of a full week stay for a reduced rate, as our home provides a very relaxing and roomy house from which to base yourself for this long summer weekend.
The 2009 Ironman is over, but if you are planning a visit for 2010 please contact us. Book a week at the standard rate of $4500 and we will extend your stay for as many nights as you wish into the adjacent week for a reduced rate of $500 per night (up to 7 additional nights – must all be within the standard Sat-Sat booking period).
