Rates and Availability
Summer 2011 Rates (25 June – 10 September): $4250 per week. Rented by the week in July/ August. Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Extra nights, by special arrangement only, at $800-1000 per night.
June 2011 Rates (28 May – 25 June): $3000 per week.
September 2011 Rates (10 September – 01 October): $3000 per week.
Memorial Day Weekend (3 nights): $2250 for the 3 night weekend (cleaning fee included). $500 per extra night.
Labor Day Weekend (3 nights): $2250 for the 3 night weekend (cleaning fee included). $500 per extra night.
Off Season Rates (non-holiday): $2500 per week. $500 per night.
Off Season Rates (holiday): $3000 per week. $600 per night.
Holidays include: Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Presidents’ Day, Saranac Lake Winter Carnival, and Easter.
May be rented at a nightly rate in the off season. Minimum of 2 nights.
Daily rate is $500 per night on non holiday nights. $600 per night on holidays.
Cleaning fee of $200 will apply on rentals less than one week.
Extended long weekends are negotiable. Longer holiday weeks (such as Thanksgiving or Christmas/New Year) are negotiable as well. The house is a wonderful gathering place for family gatherings, and we would be happy to extend a week to include a full weekend or even a 10 day stay to encompass two weekends. Please contact us and we can make arrangements.
Available monthly (four consecutive weeks) for $16,000 in the Summer and $7,500 in the off season.
or Seasonally (12 consecutive weeks) at $45,000in the Summer and $17,000 in the off season.
A $500 Security Deposit is Required.
Reasonable end-of-stay cleaning is included in the weekly rates above.
No Sales Tax is Due on Stays of One Week or Longer.
While we prefer checks, credit cards can be accepted via Pay Pal. A Four and One Half Percent (4.5%) processing fee will be assessed for all PayPal payments.
